Melissa is a Life and Wellness coach who works primarily with with young women (20's and 30's) to become more confident in the choices they are making about their relationships, career, and lifestyle.   It is a time when women are used to being influenced by their parents and peers, but crave the confidence to be independent and to feel good about their own decisions.  Melissa's describes her method as practical, down-to-earth and optimistic,  designed to "help clients discover the choices that they truly want to make, and how they can make efficient progress to meeting their goal(s)."   Melissa also has a tremendous amount of experience working with women who want to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.

From Melissa: MyHeartDances(TM) was developed to support individuals in living from their heart and going after what they want in life.  Our mission is to support clients in deciding to be honest with themself and be honest with others so they can face their fears and go after their dreams.  The services provided are coaching, organic cooking classes, professional women's groups - focusing on career,  relationships, and self-esteem, and writing services.  Life coaching serves those who want to improve their self-esteem and relationships, refine their career goals or define their career goals, define and pursue life goals, improve their dietary lifestyle, and women who are trying to lose weight (with the unique approach of working on diet, while also working on the life issues that prevent them from succeeding).

She sees women in their 20's through 50's, who are employed, self-employed, artists (including dancers, etc.), professionals in job transition and female college students.

Melissa is Queer friendly.
